HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Suppliers can make their own hotel reservations within the CVSN/GenNext rooming block by using this link. Hotel Registration   An e-mail containing the hotel reservation link will be sent out to all Suppliers as well.

GRATUITIES:  Gratuities for all services and activities as outlined in the itinerary have been included for you.   Gratuities for services you may receive on your own are at your discretion.

REGISTRATION DESK:  During your stay at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, the CVSN/GenNext Registration Desk will be available to help make your stay more enjoyable. Stop by for any assistance you may need during the program.

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PROGRAM:  Items of a strictly personal nature, such as laundry, medication and telephone calls. Taxi, bus, optional tours and entertainment that you may elect to take on your own that are not listed in the itinerary. Any expenses associated with deviations from the scheduled meeting dates.


If you are driving to Atlanta, Georgia please contact John for parking instructions.

We ask that when you are booking your return flights home you take into consideration that the event does not end till after lunch on Sunday, July 10, 2022.   If it is at all possible we would greatly appreciate it, if return flights were not schedule to depart until after 2:30 PM.

Shuttle service back to the airport on Sunday, July 10 will be provided.

Covid Protocols

Currently the Hyatt, as with all of the Atlanta area, is under a mask mandate.  That mandate is set to expire mid-March, but may be extended. The Hyatt has gone to great lengths to sanitize public spaces repeatedly throughout the day.  Signage encouraging social distancing is prevalent as are hand sanitizing stations.

All guests are asked to follow CDC guidelines.  Testing is readily available at sources local to the property.
